Studying abroad is trend: First-hand information at Study World 2013
More and more Germans are studying abroad. This is the conclusion of the Federal Statistical Office (DESTATIS) in its latest survey, "German Students Abroad". According to the survey, in 2010, nearly 127,000 German students were enrolled at foreign universities.
Hence Study World 2013 is in vogue. On May 3 - 4, StudyWorld 2013 will be providing an overview of educational opportunities available to German students looking to study abroad, with a total of 25 different countries being represented. High school graduates, university students and graduates will have the opportunity to browse information presented by 170 exhibitors for their ideal study programme at home or abroad: be it a Bachelor's, a Master's, an international study programme with a double degree, an international internship or simply a semester abroad. This international exhibition on higher education will take place at the Russisches Haus der Wissenschaft und Kultur in the heart of Berlin.
In the accompanying lecture series consisting of over 60 presentations, study advisers and career coaches will personally answer questions on studying and starting a career in Germany and abroad. Exhibitors comprise universities from Germany and abroad, scholarship providers and higher education consulting agencies, as well as internship placement and exchange organisations.
